Return & Refund Policy

We DO NOT offer refund, once you have placed the order.

  • Returns have to be reported within three days of delivery. Returns will only be permitted as long as the item is unused, sealed and not damaged. Please drop us an email at revaherbalcare@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.

  • We offer 100% replacement including shipping charges only in case you receive a different or damaged product.

 

Wrong or Damaged Product:
Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible signs of damage. If the products are damaged during transit, please notify us immediately and provide photographic and video evidence. We will assist you in resolving the issue. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

We will refund the money if-

1. The courier company is not serviceable at your location, full refund will be initiated.
2. If a particular item that is ordered is not available during that time, we shall refund that particular product’s amount.
3. The product must be returned in absolutely unworn condition along with the Original Box, Invoice and all accessories/Freebies, if any.

 

When we receive the items, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and it’s in original condition, and then only we will issue a
different item in exchange. Only in adverse cases, we will offer a refund of the product money within 7 days of receipt via Online/Net
Banking.
